Baixing's past, present and future
800 years ago, deep in the mountains of Baishanzu was a blessed land where the mushroom god Wu Sangong grew mushrooms for the benefit of the people. BAIXING originated in Qingyuan, Zhejiang, the birthplace of artificially cultivated shiitake mushrooms in the world. BAIXING carries the light of the mushroom god and conveys the mission of "healthy products create a better life".

In 1996, Qingyuan County Baixing Co., Ltd. was established.
Zhejiang Qingyuan - the birthplace of the world's artificial cultivation technology of shiitake mushrooms, is located in the southwest of Zhejiang Province. It has a high-quality ecology and a forest coverage rate of 88%. The unique geographical location has created an ecological environment in Qingyuan County with green mountains, clear waters and good air. It is known as the number one county in China's ecological environment.

From 1999 to 2001, the products began to be exported to Marujing in Japan and sold to Sanjing in Xiamen.

In 2011, Lishui Baixing Mushroom Industry, the most advanced factory-based cultivation plant in China at that time, was completed and put into production. In the same year, the organic mushroom farm was completed.

In 2013, Baixing's 15,000 square meters, 6-story new factory was put into use. It won the first "Government Quality Award" in Qingyuan County.

In 2014, Yunben Biotech Co., Ltd., a joint venture with Taiwan and the enzyme factory of the Green Valley Elite Project, was established. In the same year, it was awarded the title of "National High-tech Enterprise" by the Ministry of Science and Technology.

In 2015, it was awarded the title of "National Staple Food Processing Demonstration Enterprise" by the Ministry of Agriculture. Baixing Edible Fungi R&D Center was upgraded to "Zhejiang Provincial National High-tech Enterprise R&D Center".

In 2017, the "Mushroom Forest" agricultural and tourism integration project of Lishui Baixing Company started trial operation and became a benchmark for Lishui's tourist factories.

In 2018, it was recognized as a "provincial five-star tourist shopping place" by the Zhejiang Provincial Tourism Standardization Technical Committee. In the same year, it was awarded the "National Edible Fungi Processing Technology R&D Professional Center" by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China.

In 2022, Lishui Baixing Mushroom Industry Co., Ltd. will complete the construction of an automated production line with a daily output of 100,000 bottles of sauce and put it into production.
