From May 1st to 5th, 2025, Zhejiang Baixing Food Co., Ltd., as a core member of Qingyuan County’s delegation, showcased its innovative deep-processed mushroom products at Phase 3 of the 137th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) in Guangzhou’s Pazhou Exhibition Hall. The event highlighted the company’s expertise in the edible fungi industry and its global vision.

Aligned with the fair’s theme of "Better Life," Baixing Food emphasized health-centric innovation by launching its "Three-Free" product series (free of synthetic flavors, artificial colors, preservatives, and MSG). Featured items included Shiitake Mushroom & Shallot Sauce, All-Purpose Mushroom Soup, Taiwanese Braised Pork Rice Sauce, Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, and Golden Ear & Fish Maw Chicken Soup, among over ten ready-to-eat and pre-made dishes. The aromatic offerings drew crowds of international buyers from the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Russia, and beyond, creating a bustling atmosphere at the booth.

During the fair, Baixing Food engaged with over 4,000 overseas buyers, secured preliminary purchase agreements totaling approximately $5 million USD, and progressed to on-site factory inspections with clients from multiple countries. The company’s international trade team emphasized that leveraging Qingyuan’s century-old mushroom cultivation heritage and advanced production techniques, Baixing will continue expanding global partnerships to promote mushroom-based foods worldwide.

This participation further solidified Baixing’s brand influence in international markets. Concurrently, Qingyuan County’s Bureau of Commerce upgraded its foreign trade policies to support enterprises in exploring opportunities across Belt and Road Initiative markets and emerging economies, paving the way for sustained export growth.
