In 1996, Mr. Wu Qiyao founded Zhejiang Baixing Enterprise, based in Qingyuan, Zhejiang—the "birthplace of shiitake mushrooms in the world." Qingyuan is also known as "China's No. 1 Ecological County."

With the mission of "Healthy products create a better life," Baixing focuses on healthy food production and processing within the edible mushroom industry (dried and fresh products, condiments and sauces, beverages, etc.), as well as edible mushroom fermentation and extraction processing (natural nutritional additives, health food ingredients, natural umami seasoning ingredients, etc.). Baixing has an industry-leading edible mushroom research institute, taking new technologies, new innovations, and leading R&D capabilities as its core competitiveness.

Baixing has more than 100,000 square meters of automated processing workshops and a 10,000-pallet automated high-bay warehouse, with constant-temperature, fresh-keeping, and frozen storage conditions. From product R&D and production processing to brand building, Baixing is one of the industry-leading enterprises.

Its products are sold at Sam's Club and Costco worldwide and have been exported to more than 30 major countries around the world, including Europe, America, Australia, and Japan.
