Recently, the 2026 ITI Superior Taste Award, known as the "Oscar" of the food industry, was announced in Brussels, Belgium. With outstanding flavor and strict quality, Baishanzu's Black Truffle Sauce and Black Truffle Foie Gras Sauce both won the International Superior Taste Award. This authoritative global food recognition showcases the unique charm of Chinese-style table foods.

The ITI Superior Taste Award is a highly authoritative food flavor evaluation award founded by the International Taste Institute in Belgium. Its jury includes more than 200 Michelin chefs and professional food tasters from over 20 countries. Using strict blind testing, it ignores brand, packaging, and origin, and objectively judges products through five core dimensions: vision, smell, texture, taste, and aftertaste.

Among many high-quality global entries, Baishanzu's two truffle products stood out. The award recognizes not only their flavor and taste but also the brand's commitment to healthy, high-quality R&D. Unlike traditional sauces, Baishanzu insists on healthy formulas, preserving the original taste of ingredients while balancing deliciousness and health. This breaks the stereotype that healthy food tastes bland.

Winning the ITI award is an important milestone for Baishanzu's international expansion. In the future, the brand will continue to explore quality ingredients, stay true to quality, refine products by strict international standards, and bring more premium Chinese flavors to the global stage.

In 1996, Mr. Wu Qiyao founded Zhejiang Baixing Enterprise, based in Qingyuan, Zhejiang-the "birthplace of shiitake mushrooms in the world." Qingyuan is also known as "China's No. 1 Ecological County."
